I’m a bit slow to get around to reading this I know… crikey! didn’t know you were SUCH A NERD! :-) Am totally impressed but also rather envious of your geekyness now in addition to your amazing expeditional abilities!

Please don’t tell me you can speak multiple languages and play several musical instruments. I may be foreced to hate you. :-)

Tracy, *of course* the solar backpack is on the list :-) Actually, it’s become an integral part of our kit – as well as the phone, it’s going to charge all of our AAs (for the audio recorder, my camera, the GPS and the radio).

Jamie, I resisted the urge to ask for your advice on the map so many times…
